Native Med is one of the best telehealth I have ever been. Elise has been with me every step of the way. They are responsive and they listened to their patients, I recommend Native Meds to everyone.

This company is amazing. I take the tirzepatide and have lost around 35 pounds. I’ve gotten all of my info confirmed then delivered properly packaged and very quickly. Amazing prices and even better customer service. Every question was answered quickly and they’re always just so helpful. I had to put my account on hold for a month or so and just renewed. There was one technical issue through the website that caused a slight delay in my ordering. The ONLY reason I’m mentioning this(wasn’t a big deal) is because of how amazing the response was with this minor issue. The way that Elise from the company responded through their messaging service, identified the problem and took care of it all within like 12 hours over the weekend was fantastic. Probably the best customer service I’ve received anywhere ever and the tirzepatide has worked and I feel more confident than ever.

Nativemed is great. I was stuck trying to fill out info for the new promotion. Josh helped me and waited patiently on the phone while I made sure everything went through. Wonderful employees, wonderful company . They are the best.
