Honestly, since the very beginning, the people at nativemed have been amazing. From the pricing to the delivery to the quality of the medication to the quality of the Customer Service I’ve been truly very very impressed. I actually asked to take this survey because my last interaction with a Customer Service agent named Elise was over and above my expectations. I really appreciate how quickly they get back with you and how eager they really seem to be to help you hit your goals. I’m truly only doing this review because I want people to be able to trust reliable companies with reliable service. I’m a real person and I’m not getting paid even one penny for this review. I have been super happy with NativeMD; they have been very responsive to my need for flexible shipping because I travel out of the country. A huge shoutout to Carlo; he has provided exceptional customer service, which is hard to come by these days
