I was able to reach out and get all my questions answered in a fast response. It is amazing, I was able to get my next shipment set earlier as well. Customer service support was amazing and very helpful.

The issue I had regarding my delivery was resolved in a new shipment. This was for my second shipment starting my 5th vial.

I made a mistake on the intake form. This caused an error with dosage, delaying my order. Josh was quick to respond and resolve my issues. I am currently awaiting my first shipment. I am happy how easily it was to order once my problem was addressed. Thank you again!

I have been with NativeMed for 6 months and it’s been nothing but a pleasure.
