Great service at a great price

I appreciate that the response was sent fairly quickly. I will say that in my previous messages to support, it's taken anywhere from hours to days to get an answer. It would be great if the company could hire some people to monitor and respond to support questions in a more timely manner.

Customer service was very helpful. I was totally confused about how my dosage from another provider worked with NativeMeds but they took the time to explain to me multiple times.

Novah is the best! She’s very responsive and always on time. She explains everything thoroughly .

Experience overall is a 5 especially with the help from Rocel.

The company is a good company but the website is very confusing! When I have issues I text Elwin and he is always helpful and usually responds within an hour of my text. He’s faster than the chat on the website. I would have given them 5 stars but the website. It needs to be more user friendly. It’s really hard to find categories. Also an email needs to be sent to let people know they need to do a check in so that they can get their meds.

Maggy was extremely helpful and got back to me in a timely matter. I have used NativeMed for 3 months and so far I have had no issues with customer service. For me there platform is not super user friendly but Maggy has helped navigate with the concerns I have had.

Elise is amazing and so helpful! She has always been so helpful and picked up where the doc left off. I would give 5 stars for her but 4 overall for the lack of help from the doc
