I was nervous at first but came here to check reviews and I am SO GLAD I DID! They are no frills, straight to the point, and it is legit! I have been using them for about 3 months and I have lost over 15 lbs. The medicine is easy to administer and I had no side effects. I went up in a dose and that was a little too much for me, I reached out and they directed me to go to my lower dose. And still.. I have been losing and No food noise.
