I have been using this company for three months. The customer service is prompt, and the response time is excellent.

Not only was the service provided meeting what was committed but the price and medical and ongoing medical support is excellent. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the incredible support I received from one particular individual who called me to keep me posted on a modified order. She was the most customer-centric individual I’ve had. NativeMed is truly the best!

Elwin is a great customer service rep! I just signed up for the twelve month plan and haven’t yet received Dr approval or delivery yet, but I will be back to update my review after I’ve gone through that process. So far all is well.

I am new to NativeMed and have been with a couple other similar GLP1 pharmacy platforms. So far NM hits it out of the park! They were very easy to communicate via text and when there was a question about the delivery status someone was checking on it daily and keeping me in the loop. Once it shipped they were quick to let me know.

I came to the company, nervous and uneducated about GLP 1 medication’s. I just wanted to lose weight. I had a ton of questions. However, every single one of those questions were answered. My medication is incorporated with B12 and my skin is better. My sex drive is better. My overall state of being is better. I am on my third dose and I am down 10 pounds. I have one more dose of the lowest dose which is 2.5 ML’s and then I move up to 5 mL doses. I was concerned about the cost and they have helped me greatly when it comes to being able to afford this medication. I recommend this company to anybody who is like me and who is nervous about starting and confused about all of the research and information there is about GLP1 medication’s. I do have a TikTok account on where I am keeping track of my weight loss and reviewing my medication along with letting everybody know about the side effects, which are very mild if I have any at all which I rarely do. I completely 100% recommend this company. This is not a paid review. I do not get paid for this. I am just speaking as somebody who has tried for 15 years to lose weight and decided to make this choice NativeMed was also researched by my primary care physician and she approved me going through this company. Please do not hesitate to reach out to anybody on their care team. If you have any questions, they are amazing.

This company is tops in my book. Product is delivered quickly. Cheryl provided me with the best customer support. All my questions during the last few months are answered within a couple hours ( even on New Years Day). They analyze, help and make this weight loss journey a positive experience. I’ve lost weight!
