Elise, the representative I spoke to, was extremely helpful and responsive. I’m not sure if it is an actual person or AI but either way I felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot - they were understanding my questions and not responding with generic answers. The only issue I have is finding the chat directly from nativemed. I cannot find that chat from the portal but I CAN access it from the link that is emailed to me with every response. It would be nice if it was all streamlined. But this could be my error.

I would like to thank the customer support team especially Elise and Dr. Patel for their excellent support throughout the process. I had a lot of questions, and they were always patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They took the time to answer all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer care. Thank you for such a positive experience

Maggy was great - she applied a long overdue credit . As far as NativeMed I have had a few issues with orders in 2026, that were never corrected.

This company for the most part is very good to deal with I've been on the product now for a year and have lost well over 35 lbs. One reason I'm not giving it a five stars because apparently I had to be re-up info with the online doctor. They sent an email that got lost somewhere in the shuffle and then didn't do any follow-ups and therefore I didn't get a reorder in a timely fashion. I would have done a phone call instead of an email and left a message saying in order for you to renew your order you need to have an online visit with the doctor. Now, I'm going to be a week late on my dose.

The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that we've had a little snaffoo with the dosages for my second set of vials. However, Cris from NativeMed stuck with me, helped me get the order correct, resent the correct vials, etc. Cris gets 5 stars!
