Meds are great customer service not so much

I have been taking trizepatide thru native med for several months. I have lost weight and am generally happy with the result. I do love that the food noise is gone. My second order has gone poorly. They send different concentration. I have now recieve 3 different concentrations in the different vials. The second order of medication is much weaker than the original. I am dissapointed in the customer service which is not helpful. My second order is suppose to last three months but I can tell it will only last about 9 to10 weeks. And I am taking smaller doses due to the side effect of nausea. It started out great but I will be changing companies next order.
