Great experience from start to finish. Every question I asked was answered quickly and thoroughly. Truly outstanding customer service, particularly Cheryl who was just amazing.

I have been dealing with Nativmeds for the past 4 months and so far my experience has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful in resolving any problems. I just had a shipment that was stuck in transit. I used their online chat feature and Cheryl was able to resolve my issue immediately and got a new shipment sent out to me. Excellent service

So far so good! I haven’t started the medication yet. I had a glitch where my shipping label was created but the package never shipped. So I’ve been working with Elwin to get the issue resolved. Elwin was able to get my new order shipped so hopefully I’ll get the meds soon. The customer service has been so good so far though. So I have high hopes that’ll continue to go well with NativeMed.

Novah provided excellent and extremely fast service with a billing (timing and next delivery) issue on my account. The Native Med terzeratide formulation is working to my complete satisfaction.
