Any questions I've had, Bob at NativeMed has always been lightning quick to get back to me! I recently had to leave the country and was worried that my prescription would arrive while I was away. I am a first time customer of NativeMed. Customer service has been exceptional from original set up, to ordering and then fixing a problem with my items once they arrived.
