Can't say enough about NativeMed. Their customer service calls back within 2 minutes, the chat sessions are answered even on weekends. Price is great and the customer portal is very impressive.

I just switched from remedy meds to NativeMed mainly because of the cost. Remedy meds had been good but my weight loss stalled after 5 months. I experienced issues trying to initially log into the Nativmed portal but the customer service staff was incredible! Other than that.. which was probably my fault, the sign up was seamless… we shall see when I receive my Tirzepatide…

Nativemed is a reputable company. There are no hidden fees. They are in constant contact with you. I am going on vacation next week. My shipment was supposed to arrive while I was away. Cheryl (customer representative), assured me that we could postpone the shipping until I get home. She was wonderful. She got back to me quickly and solved the problem. Nativemed has been great with my GLP 1. I was with another company that wanted to raise the price with an increased dose, after a lot of research and talking to others I decided to go with NativeMed and am quite happy with this decision. My medication is on type and accurate. When I had need of customer service Cheryl was a huge help, she was great! She also followed up with me to make sure that everything continued to go well.
