They immediately contacted me and patiently worked through the problem with help and understanding, getting me back on track. I mentioned my daughter had a similar situation and they reached out through me to remedy the problem. I was so impressed with the company that they would work with me to take care of the problem so they could maintain their good ratings. They care about their customers.
