Not only were they responsive and thoughtful with every question I had, they actually processed my prescription over the weekend — when the office wasn’t even open. Maria was very helpful and understanding. I was flummoxed with the dosage info not realizing that the strength of the medicine increases in each successive vial. That meant i continue with a .5ml injection, as the medicine gets stronger. I was incorrect in thinking I needed more product. And, what i never had expected or experienced with an on- line company is that after some texts between us, Maria called me at home to make sure i understood. Thank you Maria, I so appreciate the care.
