There was a little confusion regarding my dosage. Maria, who I spoke with, cleared it it in a very timely manner. She was polite, pleasant and very informative.

Everything went well. Their customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. I had an issue when I received my meds and the assistant checked with the doctor and all was well. Just double checking on my shot and the assistant was right there to get with me on chat and give me an answer to my chat. Very transparent agency.
