Carlo was awesome with helping me and getting my issues handled quickly. NativeMed is extremely lucky to have him working for their company. I have been on this weight loss journey and couldnt be any happier with my results. The medication im on has worked and my health is looking up. I contacted customer service about changing my medication's shipping date. Maria called back within an hour and immediately took care of switching the day for the meds to ship out. She also answered my questions about dosage. Currently, I'm in my third month with NativeMed and so far the customer service has been very good!
