Was really difficult at first to get a response from the chat support, but when I did, Cheryl was very responsive and kind. Listened to my wants and was receptive to my asks and needs! Started as a not so great experience, but Cheryl went above and beyond and fixed my experience.

Rocel was very helpful with answering my question about my shipment. Everyone is very helpful and quick to respond. Product works great.
