The customer support is wonderful product is wonderful. I just don’t think it’s right for me because I struggle with a metabolic disorder that I need to fix but overall this company is wonderful.

I had an event come up that caused me to be unable to temporarily take my medication. The customer support was very willing to adjust timelines and cancel my subscription until I'm ready to restart. It was fairly easy by just contacting support. Carlo was very responsive and helpful.

Cris is the best! He explains everything. Great customer service.

NativeMed is a terrific company. This will be my 2nd order & I order 3 month supply. I love they do payment plans & the customer service has been absolutely awesome! I am new to Nativemed. I switched from another provider and so far and I am very happy. I took my first injection yesterday and today I wanted to change my subscription from monthly to 3 month. Noah was awesome. She sent me a text message asking if I had any questions and I asked her about changing the subscription and she took care of everything for me right away and sent me an email confirmation. I am so impressed and feel like I've made a new friend. I am so happy I made the switch to Nativemed. Excellent service so far!
