I had some questions about my next order with Nativemed and Carlos answered me very quickly and answered all my questions quickly and got my next order in. I had a change in my status and needed the order changed a bit and he took care of it quickly.

My initial questions with Native Med were answered very quickly via email with Carlo. Of course, I continued to ask more and each time had a quick response and was felt like I was #1 at the time. Carlo was very detailed with answers and I have since been approved and ordered. My daughter has joined as well. Which proves Customer Service is very important.
