I had an issue with a delivery. Received notification that my shipment had been delivered, however, I did not receive it. I reached out to NativeMed on Thursday evening and received a response with explicit instructions early Friday morning. I recieved several updates throughout the day. The replacemnt shipment was approved and reprocessed on Saturday! I'm extremely happy with the clear communication, quick turn-around times and overall professionalism. This is an excellent example of outstanding customer support!

I’ve had a few experiences with Maria from NativeMed. She’s the absolute best. She usually responds within 5-10 minutes which is unheard of and always solves whatever issues or questions I may have. It’s an absolute pleasure working with Maria!
