Worst moving company ever. Sent a physical inventory I had from United Van Lines, should have used them. MWMovers gave price of 5700 for the move. As soon as the truck was in my driveway they would not communicate with us. Sent a truck that was too small bill went up to 8500. No communication as to when my stuff will be delivered. Stay away from this scam moving company! I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Terrible company, I'm 73 yr old woman who moved from RI to FL to be near children and grandchildren. Quoted me a price of $4,300.00, they sold my move to another company East West Moving. Ended up holding my belongings ransom until I paid over $8,000.00. Broke crystal, China and antiques. Company offered my $200.00. Demanded cash, wouldn't let me see my items in the truck until paid. 2 days late with delivery, after unloaded, which 2 times movers who were not vetted, dropped boxes off the back of the truck and crushed and smashed boxes and plastic containers. After unloaded they told me the rest of my things were still in New Jersey, and they would be here in a week or so. I called the office, they never return your calls, refused to help or provide forms or instructions to get claims processed for damaged items. A week later the rest of my things arrived. Boxes had been opened and rummaged thru, and many items were missing and strewn around in other client's shipment that was on the truck. Staff mocked me, refused to speak English and didn't care that your items were missing, broken or attempted to assist getting things back. The know you have no choice as an elderly person to get satisfaction. To file small claims, they know the elderly can't go from FL to NY to file the complaint. It was such an awful experience, to be treated so rudely, and emotionally abused because they tell you your stuff is junk, however, it wasn't junk when they hold it for ransom literally.

DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

Mr Chris and Broccoli were amazing. I learned so much about moving and packing. What it takes to move properly and keep property safe. Had a good time visiting with them, very polite and friendly. Good job guys, great to meet you both. Safe travels!

Stay away from these scammers. They steal your money. Then stop answering the phone or even try to do what’s right I was promised a refund of my booking fee two weeks ago. Still waiting and they won’t even answer my calls now. Just love crooks. Save your money and pick a different company!!!

Google the lawsuit against them. The owner is currently serving federal time for scamming people. DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE MOVING SOLUTIONS! CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FEDERAL POLICE AND REPORT THEM..THEY MUST BE STOPPED!
