Shady Company-AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Shady company. Initially required a credit card authorization then demanded payment via cash or Zelle. I took out $100 the morning of to give the guys as a tip. I went to get it out of my purse when they were finished but it was gone along with an additional $12 and my debit card. They also dropped boxes down the cement stairs with fragile items spilling onto the concrete. I received back to back phone calls two days after my items were picked up demanding an additional payment via Zelle in order to have them shipped. It’s been over a week since then and my estimated delivery date has come and gone. The company is now not answering my phone calls, texts, and emails.
