I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I think you have us confused with a different nationwide, in the UK. We are mortgage marketing company in San Diego California. Please kindly remove this review and apply it to the mortgage company you were working with. Thank you

It helped me to refinance loans easily. I Found good home equity loan terms thank you NationWide!

The website explains different mortgage and refinancing options pretty well and it’s free to submit your request. However, once my information was sent out I got contacted repeatedly by multiple lenders. Very detailed mortgage advice here. Thank you

Long term customer. Have remortgaged in different ways and always had excellent service. Love the company ethos

Looking to move home, but Nationwide won't move my mortgage to my new home. As such, they are FORCING me to pay £6,000 in an Early Repayment Charge, despite me practically begging them to keep me on as a customer! For context - other companies have offered me a decision in principle, so I cannot understand why Nationwide won't!

We are not in the UK. Please remove this review asap as it’s from a different lender.

I a I’ve never been so stressed in my life . Being in critical care and then a coma in which I nearly didn’t survive . They have left me to struggle with my mortgage. I had advisor who didn’t know what they were doing. As I had a 5 month interest as I was ill prior to being rushed in . I asked for another 6 months and was refused . I was told I could do an income and expenditure but would effect my credit file . Disgusting really. I have paid my mortgage all my life and when you ask for help they don’t bother , they do the bare minimum ie what the government says . 6 months is a joke if your really ill. I raised a complaint and the person MIn Patel cherry picked what she wanted to look at and the response didn’t acknowledge everything I complained about . It was a slap dash look . I appealed and she did it again. You should be ashamed and your making billions and you can’t help people

I was sorry to hear about your experience. We are a small mortgage marketing company in San Diego and we do not offer mortgages. I believe you have us confused with a different Nationwide mortgage company that resides in the UK. Please kindly remove this review from us and post it for the company you were working with. Thanks
