Jordan was a rock star for me!
Jordan fixed my problem from the info I gave him in my initial request. He didn't ask any other questions or make me jump through any hoops. My request was not submitted during business hours, but Jordan took care of my issue only 15 minutes after they opened for business!

Outstanding customer service
I am a wedding photographer in New York, and I have been a customer with NPL for over 15 years. Without exception, I have been delighted with the level of customer service and quality of everything. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Soojin Kim (of the NPL support team) over the years and she is a champion. Anytime I’ve had questions, she is exceptional with everything and beyond helpful. Nowhere else online have I experienced such outstanding customer service. On a personal note, to all the NPL staff, thank you for being such wonderful professionals to work with and for helping make my company successful. You are all brilliant.
