In a world full of customer service bots and companies that do not even bother to give their customers full contact information for the company on their websites, Jordan and Nation’s Photo Lab are a delightful exception. When I ran into a problem shipping my Xmas card order to Hawaii, Jordan promptly notified me that NPL was aware of the issue and gave me clear options to solve it. With just a couple of polite, professional, and (hallelujah) properly punctuated emails my issue was resolved and my Xmas card production was on track to arrive in Hawaii on time. I have had abysmal customer service from 2 other photo printing companies in the past few years. Jordan’s exceptional customer service is why NPL will print all of my photo projects going forward. The customer service is exceptional with special reference to Tara who went above and beyond and has stayed in constant correspondent making certain that I'm given the opportunity to make my creative and artistic landscape photography photos look as dazzling as they have in the past at the same company. This particular customer service rep has been conscientious, helpful, easy to access and prompt with her responses and everything one would want when it comes to working with a representative OR technician around one's photography. She also exudes a special sense of enthusiasm, warmth, and authenticity that helps the overall experience when sometimes there's certain areas in the process that might be grueling to get right. It keeps you motivated and I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and inspiring demeanor. I feel assured that others would feel the same if they are fortunate enough to get Tara but I think this company hires really good people in general. That's been my experience and I've been very pleased with the outcome of my projects. There was a bumpy ride at first with some misunderstanding with a third party involved but ultimately Tara has helped set me on the right course again. Nations Photo Lab is not only competitively affordable compared to their competitors but they offer quality service and follow through! I encourage others to give them a try and I am not one to write many reviews.

The customer service representative, Brandon, was very helpful and his service exceeded all expectations. Brandon understood the problem I experienced and provided a solution right away. His responses were very complete and thorough in terms of explaining the process, the new order number, and shipping. He really understands customer service. I felt like I was treated like a valuable customer and you can't ask for more than that.
