First time customer and not familiar with the check out process. I rushed through and realized I didn't catch the box for the discount. I emailed right away and was delighted to receive an email from Erica and the discount applied to my order. Erica was professional and prompt. Nations Photo Lab will continue to get my photo orders!

I noticed my print was darker than what I see on my device's screen. Erica told me that this can often happen because of the back lighting on a device changing the image's appearance so it appears different than when it is printed. She suggested purchasing "color correction" with every photo printed to avoid this issue in the future. She gave me a $5 credit to try it out. Thanks, Erica! In the future, it would be great if Nations Photo Lab can also offer free shipping for a one print ship reorder. the $9 shipping is steep for just a few prints!

I forgot to enter my 40% discount code when I was checking out. I contacted Erica, who arranged for a credit on my order.
