Quality printing and paper. My two pieces ended up having two small tears in them and the Silvia helped quickly and easily send out two complimentary prints to replace them. Will be using the again soon for more prints!!

She quickly set to work on my issue, and resolved it in short order. When she hit a snag, she found a work around. She also went a step further and reset my order for me.
