Ordering from this company has been a horrible experience! Most of the customer service reps are unprofessional The prices are much higher than pharmacy's in my neighborhood I ordered a moist heating pad One customer service agent said she never heard of that Which she should have kept to herself I requested a refund and they told me it was declined due to the “disclaimer” which says in so many words you may not get what you ordered no matter what is advertised Thats basically what happened to me with the product I ordered I put in a grievance They have the right one now! I can’t sit back and let people just get over on me I still haven't heard back Called today The supervisor who took my call after speaking to the agent last time about my order didn’t even put in the notes about a call back or anything. I’m still waiting This company needs to be looked into Something is not right Who is there to protect the consumer in cases like this? Im about to contact my health benefits coordinator This is not fair

What I do not understand is if this is a benefit for elderly and disabled, why not make it easier for groceries to be delivered from local reputable grocers such as Walmart and Kroger. The only way the benefit card works is to literally go to the store. (Often difficult or impossible for elderly and disabled). Otherwise, you are stuck paying literally 5 to 10 times the normal price for substandard groceries. For example, one packet of Ramen noodle soup is $.20 in the store. But on the Nations benefit website it is $1.75!! Are you kidding me? This is the kind of government oversight we need especially governing Medicare and elderly/disabled. I’m sure the people who administer this benefit would not want this for their own elderly/disabled family members.

Food purchases are being constantly denied on certain items such as meat, bread, sauces, etc.

Everything is garbage… I worked in Pharmacy over 21 years and the products they send us in terms of “” generics I don’t think so… Not up to par too bad that they don’t raise the bar because the backlash is incredible!! Horrible company! Hopefully Medicare will get rid of all of them and not allow them to manage our healthcare:)

I ordered food May 8th and they confirmed my order but I have heard nothing since. It was a very difficult web site. I tried to select my store with no avail. I'm wondering if you sent the order to the North Pole?

To have no choice other than to shop nation benefits online is a huge rip off. Their prices are hugely inflated and they don't send you the brand of the product you ordered. It for instance will show almond breeze almond milk and always will send some brand you've never heard of. Same with Campbell's soup that it advertises online and sends you food club which tastes nasty. I will never use them again and I'm trying to find a better option than nations benefits with the insurance I use I might change insurance altogether.

After 3 grievances I still can't use my card in store only on line can't wait to change my insurance company

Make sure your app works for one thing. When you put your number in ,it will automatically say something went wrong and it does this all the time. And it is very hard for elderly people to have to put their medical number in every time you use the card The other card from CCA was a lot better.
