The worst customer service, EVER!! I placed an order on 6/30. I received mostly substitutions but, Okay. They debit my third quarter benefit. Two weeks later a duplicate order arrives. The order was placed in the 2nd quarter! I called Nations OTC to resolve the issue. The rep. I spoke with was rude and condescending. Asking why they debited the 3rd quarter, her response was so unbelievable. "You shouldn't wait until the last minute to order". That was all I had to hear. I didn't even get as far as the duplicate order. I called my health plan, Alignment and got them involved. The health plan resolved the issue. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Awful! I'm sending a complaint directly to Medicare as I suggest everyone should, if you have a Medicare plan. The issue was eventually resolved with the intervention of the health plan. I did call back regarding returning the duplicate order. In total, almost three hours on the phone. They won't take the duplicate order back, of course, Covid was cited as the reason.

The prices are ridiculous. What cost under $1.00 at most national chain drug stores is over $3.00. Many of the items will take the cost from your rewards account rather than you OTC account ie: Ultrabrite reduces my reward account Pepsodent reduces my OTC account. This is unfair to seniors unaware until they see their rewards account reduced unbeknown to them. I will be checking other Medicare Advantage plans come November, unless Paramount Elite finds a new provider.

Have been waiting 4+ months for a 95.00 check reimbursement for a hearing aid repair that I laid out my own money for. I submitted the receipt immediately, and that's when NationsBenefits nonsense began. I have since called them 6 times, and each time they told me it would be going out within 30 days. After 60 days and no check, they say they sent it out 30 days ago. Baloney. Now they say they are cutting a new check and it would go out in a few days. That was 4 weeks ago. I called them again and they promised to get back to me after they reached a supervisor. Again, Baloney. No call, no check. What an inept company!

This company is not willing to help resolve issues. They offer a debit card for members with certain insurance programs to pay for their gym membership. All of the members of our gym who have tried to use this card have had continuous issues getting the card to work/paying for their membership. When calling nations benefits to resolve this issue we are repeatedly told it is the member's fault and there is nothing they will do to help us. They are very rude on the phone, never call back when they say they will, and are not willing to even discuss the issue with us. We have been trying to resolve this issue for 7+ months.

High prices, poor customer service, I cannot use my utility part because utility is in landlord's name, it's all around frustrating. Considering changing coverage for 2024
