Taking away seniors' ability to buy online at popular retailers and then forcing them to buy seriously overpriced items, which don't last until the end of the month has to be a scam. This card is not "beneficial" to us AT ALL while we are not able to order online at reasonable pricing. Ordering at NB website is not really an option because of the pricing. What else can be done?

I been waiting since January first for my OTC FLEXCARD. Filed several complains lost out on January groceries benefit. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY COMPLAINS.

I've been trying to receive an order that I placed in early October and was claimed to have been delivered 2 weeks later. I looked for the package the day it was delivered and it was no where around my house. After checking the tracking number the picture UPS provided was of someone else's house, wrong walkway and wrong carpet on steps. I called UPS and was told I could do nothing and that NB would have to file a claim. I called NB explained what happened and the rep said they would reship the order. A couple of days later I got a call that they would have to determine if they would reship. After several phone calls with heated conversations someone in their shipping department said it had been delivered and it would not be reshipped. They didn't care it was delivered to the wrong address, no reshipment. After getting the health insurance provider involved it is now almost 4 months later and still no shipment. I have moved form that state and no longer have that insurance, but they have been great in helping me to try and get what I should have received months ago. NB prices are absurdly over priced and ripping off the insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid, not to mention the seniors forced to have order from them. Medicare, Medicaid needs to do a deep investigation into their shady practices.

They are WAY overpriced and ship damaged and dented products. There should be a way to report them for price gouging. Next year I will drop Anthem and go with insurance that doesn't use NB!!!!

List all products that's can be purchased with the grocery supplement. There seems to be a secret list that the company doesn't want one to see. They tell you one thing ; but, will decline it on the card. The worst part, they blame the stores for the problem, but it isn't. The only way I see the issue solved, is by a complete list of groceries that one can purchase; otherwise the problem will never go away.

App will not load on phone. Site does not recognize my sign in credentials. Site provides no product catalog. Site does not list available OTC amount balance. Items previously in catalog over priced and off-name brands, cheap quality. I don't know how I can use it this year.

Each year gets worse and worse. Last year, they dramatically raised prices on items on their website. This year, they dramatically decreased the money with benefits. So now, I can barely get anything. These people do not care about you or your health. All they care about is money. This country is so messed up, and this company is just more proof that things need to change.

I had my quarterly benefit ($75) and rewards dollars ($76) still valid from 2024 in my balance. I went to Walgreens to buy Prevagen. It was denied. I called them from the store, after a 20 minute wait (I'm holding up a register) the agent, who had to get a supervisor, he didn't know why, said that the rewards money could only be used with their catalog. I agree with others here that they overcharge for OTC items that look like they come from the dollar store. This card did work 100% until the end of 2024. Why not now? Either they changed their policy about it (it sucks) or someone in IT screwed up and they are covering it up. I reported it to Blue Cross, made a formal complaint. Blue Cross' automated phone line which you get before you can talk to a person, said that they are not replacing benefits cards. Other people must have had the same problem. I'm not going to put in information for the "rewards" next time. It's too much work for stuff I could buy at the dollar store. Maybe that's their objective, make it worth so little and be a hassle so people won't bother and they'll save money.
