I accidentally checked my order for pick-up. I emailed them of my issue and they confirmed I wanted to pay for the shipping and I approved. It was really easy and I received my order a couple days later. Although it is what I ordered, I was disappointed to find my stencil was basically cardboard with a plastic coating. I tried googling the different materials before ordering but in my confusion, I ended up just ordering what was cheapest. I wish there was a description of the materials on the page where I'm ordering. I'm guessing it would have to be different from the drop-down menu they currently have, like if you hover the mouse over 'ABS Plastic' or 'Oil Board' a description with an image of what I'm ordering would be helpful. Anyway, my Stencil is still good enough for what I need it for, it just seems very fragile.

We really liked the first product we ordered and tried to get more. We had to choose a different product which hasn't arrived yet. We feel the shipping cost is really high and would like to see that be more manageable.

The service itself was great. However, once a sign order is recorded in the shopping cart, it would be helpful to be able to click on the order link to see a fully colorized picture of the sign order, as well as a full description of the order including all the details.

Their customer support was very responsive. There was a slight issue with the first item I ordered (they'd accidentally center justified it instead of left justified) but when I reached out they offered to re-do it free of charge. They sent that replacement quickly. The replacement was left justified and they'd also added holes for hanging, which wasn't ideal but worked. I'd recommend them.

Initially received the wrong material stencil. Contacted customer service and was quickly taken care of. Mistakes happen the service after was fantastic.

Ordering was easy. Shipping time was decent. I think the shipping charge was expensive, but the name plates were inexpensive. Name plates are flexible, not stiff as expected, but since they will be in a holder, I don't think it matters much.

The product and service was everything I expected. Nothing special, but very satisfied.

Quality of the stencils is great. They are a lot bigger than I expected so I probably won't be able to use the large ones I ordered and will have to re-order. Probably would be nice to have the overall length listed on the review page, but there is a spot to put the required length which I left blank so I will have to take some of the blame for that, but like I said I never expected to be that long.But ordering was seem less and shipping was extremely quick. I will most likely order the smaller ones I need from them.
