Stencil is a little bent from being rolled up, other then that great quality, not the normal parking lot stencil material

Still have not received my order or an update after waiting a week. I called to inquire on it yesterday, and was told I would get a call back, and still have not been updated on status. I even put in a custom order after this one, and it was filled within a couple days. Have to say communication isn't great. But custom job was excellent. Mixed feelings

Got an eighteen foot stencil for a parking lot line for painting. I was anticipating a eighteen foot stencil of rolled plastic to be easily taped down on the pavement and brushed over with paint. I got a six part stencil of what looked like linoleum which has to be taped together and then retaped to the pavement. Furthermore to take it off and wash it would require six parts to be done and reassemnled for the next use. NOT what I expected....the Ad was rather misleading. Not very satisfied.....

Ordered a stencil for road painting, paid the invoice as sent to me on line and then when it was delivered the shipping that I paid for that was $19.18 per invoice had a new delivery charge on invoice inside of package of $45.00. Package probably weighed 5 to 10 lbs. sent UPS ground. What kind of company gives you an invoice to pay when you order their product and then change the amount after the package was delivered. Not happy with that kind business tactic. Would have bought another product if I knew delivery charge up front.

Very difficult to navigate , I spelled the word wrong, no spell check on your end, so I had to buy another stencil

The cuts were dirty. Had to clean them. And the plastic WONT! lay down.

Staff wasnt very friendly.

Our nice long stencils were rolled up and put in a very tight box. Stencils took a few days to flatten out! Not sure what a good alternative would be but was disappointed that the stencils were rolled up tightly. Customer service was great, it's a little confusing when you order stencils through National Stencil but our order was processed through a different company.
