The customer service representative I spoke with also helped me determine the best type of material to pick for the type of stenciling we are doing; I was going to pick something that wouldn't have worked as well. This is an update to my review a few days ago about the stencils not matching. I emailed the company and they fixed the problem the same day. They are making new matching stencils at no charge and were very easy to work with. The stencils themselves are great quality and the ordering process was quick and easy. Now I can report that they also respond quickly to problems.
