Avoid this website like the plague.
Only approve your KYC verification once no money in your account.
Then take 3 days to approve a withdrawal.
This website should not be allowed to corporate and needs taking down with immediate effect. A bunch of utter scammers and I want every single penny of my money back or I will take it further…

Waardeloos oplichters!!

COMPLETE FRAUD OPERATION - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have NEVER encountered a more blatant scam in my life. This is not just bad business practice—it’s straight-up criminal behavior designed to drain your money and drag you through an endless loop of lies.
Let me break down EXACTLY how these fraudsters operate:
Deposits – They’ll snatch your money immediately without a second thought, no checks, no verifications—nothing. The second you try to withdraw, the nightmare begins.
Withdrawals –
Step 1: They’ll cancel your withdrawal repeatedly without explanation.
Step 2: You contact their so-called KYC team. Suddenly, they’ll demand every document under the sun—Proof of ID, proof of deposit, the kitchen sink.
Step 3: You comply.
Step 4: Now they move the goalposts—requesting letters from banks, selfies with passports + laptops, and rejecting them over and over again with bogus excuses.
Step 5: Once that’s exhausted, they escalate to demanding tax returns, and now apostilled utility bills—which is completely irrelevant, unheard of, and downright extortionate. Why? Because they’re betting you’ll give up.
Understand this: THEY HAVE ZERO INTENTION OF RETURNING YOUR MONEY. They are playing for time, stalling endlessly, and inventing reasons to hold your funds hostage.
THIS IS FRAUD. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
This is your FINAL WARNING: If my winnings are not payed immediately, I will not only escalate this, I will make it my personal mission to see this operation SHUT DOWN permanently.
As a qualified lawyer with deep connections in regulatory bodies, legal networks, and consumer protection agencies, I will not hesitate to:
Launch formal complaints to all relevant financial authorities, regulatory agencies, and watchdogs.
Pursue criminal fraud investigations against the individuals behind this.
Coordinate a collective lawsuit (GLO/CPO). I have already begun reaching out to other victims. I will handle this pro bono to ensure this scam operation is buried for good.
You’ve messed with the wrong person.
If you payout immediately, I might consider revising this review. Otherwise, I guarantee, you will be exposed and dismantled.
To others reading this: Get in touch. Together, we’ll take them down.

Dear rojoseph14,
Regarding your comments above, we would like to clarify the following:
1.Your withdrawal request was canceled because you have not completed the identity verification process.
2. According to our Terms and Conditions, the relevant department requested the necessary documents as part of the verification process.
3.You submitted the initial documents, which were accepted. However, despite being repeatedly informed via email to send the remaining documents, you did not do so.

Absolute shocking company. My brother has had a gambling addiction for a number of years and we helped him with therapy and registered with gamstop. Recently he relapsed and was able to open an account with this site as they are not licences under UK laws so are not part of gamstop. I tried to speak to them via chat as there is no other option and was told the account would be closed which kicked me out of the chat and now I can’t chat with them. I was told they are not registered with gamstop as they can spot people with gambling addictions. Does spending over £600 over a few days not stand out as someone with a gambling addiction? I am going to attempt to get this site closed down by raising this with my local MP.
UPDATE 20/03/25- you haven’t asked me for any details so how could you check. If you replied to my emails I would provide you with the information you need

For now it's 3 stars
For now it's 3 stars. Deposited about a hundred of so over the last few days and I have managed to get my balance up to 1K almost every time which compared to other sites seems impossible. but my issue is Kyc at the moment I don't really wanna deposit again until Kyc confirms my account no point in depositing if I can't withdraw. I'll update my review if I manage to withdraw successfully after Kyc verify my account

I won 1000 pounds but the verification…
I won 1000 pounds but the verification team kept asking me for more and more stuff. 2 weeks later they asked for me with a selfie with the laptop in the background which was awkward to do but then they rejected it saying the resolution isn't good enough. The roulette works in a way whereby it allows you to stake money but if your number comes in......it can just reject the bet, meaning you never even staked anything. But if your numbers don't come in.......it takes the money. Can you see where I'm going with this????? Honestly stay well clear. Even if your really lucky...you won't even win 🤣

On 12/03, we contacted you as part of the identification process.

ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE !
ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE !
You place a deposit they match it with a bonus but if you decide you don t want to continue they disable withdrawals until you've used up your money that you wanted back ..use their bonus and wagered it to 3300 euros with their bonus before they enable withdrawals ! So basically it's nearly impossible to win until you realise they've stolen your Initial deposit without a miracle!
No welcome email either ..look forward to the lying template reply like most of the responses on here !
DO NOT USE!
Edit: Wow now saying I'm a fake person .. absolute disgrace!

Fraud/Scam. Avoid!!
Have been a regular customer and not had many issues until yesterday, made 2 X £20 deposits. On both occasions the funds have been deducted from my account but showing as transaction failed on my national net account. My bank transactions showing today that both transactions completed and bank saying contact merchant.
National bet support don’t want to help and say it’s your banks problem. Clearly it’s not given the number of similar reviews. It’s the system national bet are using to process deposits.
Will be seeking advice to take this further as they are clearly scamming many others with very little support to resolve the situation.
** And there it is below, response as expected ** the funds have left my bank and completed but national bet not applying them to my account, I have much more confidence in the integrity of my bank and not national bet as per there response below.
