My doctor recommended this service. When I called the customer service rep, Jaimie, was very friendly and helpful. She gave me thorough instructions and followed up with emails. From the emails I knew promptly when the test kit would arrive and that it had been received. The delivery process took only 5 days round trip.

Dealing with Jamie was a pleasure. She gave easy to understand instructions. I am very satisfied to this point but the reviews I read make me somewhat apprehensive about the rest of the process. Hoping for the best.
