A TOTAL SCAM! The test itself might be assuring for parents. However the billing system is all over the place. They can bill you anywhere from $3400-$9000. And try to bully you to pay those amounts. However the actual cost the bundle test is only $250-$350. Do not give in and pay the random amounts they try to invoice you.

I went to a Senior Expo in FL. They said it was a free swab test to perform several cancer screenings, and I will get my results in a couple of weeks. I received a text message indicating my results are ready. I login today to find out they had no results and now they need blood work that I would need to pay for. This seems like a bait and switch. There were 100's people doing this test at the Senior Expo. Talking about taking advantage of seniors. To get access to the results took several attempts, verification code issues, and I am tech savvy. To get in touch with someone was given several phone numbers, multiple phone calls to speak to an agent in billing to be transferred to test results department. To be transfer to a supervisor because he was not able to give me an answer (several transfers, several phone calls, several text/chat). Now, have to continue to hold, 25 minutes call for a Supervisor to needing me to transfer me somewhere else. I asked her to delete all of my info from their website and to not contact me again via, email, text or anything else. I have wasted enough time on this endless loop of non-sense.

It is taking a really long time to get my results. I've called 4 times, emailed, had my doctor's office intervene, and I still have no report. Patient coordinators sound nice and helpful on the phone, but nothing happens beyond that. I am beyond frustrated, and anxious about the missing report.

Bad company. They played an account in my 10000 thousand dollar health plan for a test that costs 250. Simply the link they sent me didn't work and they sent that account to my plan.

I’m outraged right now. I had my NIPT test drawn on April 7 took over a week to hear my test was received. I keep checking my portal for 3 wks wondering where my results are. I called and my lab is being held because natera does not have my paperwork! Natera said they reached out to my doctor’s office 3x but my clinic said they never got a call. So my blood has been on hold over 20days. Never reached out to me. I’m not happy with this company at all.

This company has fine print and exploits patients. Billing was not straight-forward. I have to pay hundreds of dollars when it was supposed to be free.

They told me it would be $350 co-pay! It’s a $12,000 bill and not sure my insurance will cover it. Scam. I learned nothing from them that I didn’t already know! Run!!

Assured manys times from multiple people that my insurance would cover cost of testing. Surprise! they did not. No explanation, just a bill for the full cost 3 months later. Deceptive billing, on the verge of fraud in my opinion. Avoid their "expertise" about your insurance coverage. They don't care about you, they will find reasons for more tests, for more profit.
