I am over a month waiting for my order and when the 'wecare' at natashadenona.com service team responded, they basically said, we have no idea. Wait 1-2 weeks for another update. This is totally outrageous for a reputable company and I will never order again.

My love palette arrived and the pigment is awful on a couple of shades, there’s no pigment at all on two shades. I contacted costumer service a week ago and they still haven’t got back to me, I thought I perhaps had a bad batch but nobody emailed me back to tell me any further information so customer service is shocking and the fair to care for customers!

For Fans of Natasha Denona products shopping her web site is a real pain in the neck. They tell you to address them with any concerns on their "wrcare" address but nobody ever reads the mails. It's only after contacting them on their Instagram do they somehow react, and then they will tell you that everything is your fault. "Wecare" is nothing but an empty and disappointing phrase. The arrogance and not - understanding shown in the communication is deafening. So all in all it's a real disappointment, and I don't think I'm going to buy anything from Natasha Denona again... 👎👎👎
