I'm seeing some negative reviews, it's very important to go to the CORRECT DOMAIN! There are several duplicate SCAM sites of the real Napsgear. It should be spelled out correctly with ONLY the ".org" domain. I tried this site out due to many recommendations from Reddit & real user forums. I was still nervous switching from my old supplier, but my experiences so far have been incredibly positive. If that changes I will update my review. On one order I was accidentally sent the wrong type originally (error was due to the warehouse it was shipped from, not Napsgear itself) And they were absolutely wonderful and hassle free with fixing the error. At first they offered me what I paid in credits, I wasn't interested in any sort of refund or credits so I asked for it to be resent from a different warehouse. Their customer service agent was very considerate and went above and beyond. After getting approval from a higher up, the replacement was sent to me very quickly. Taking responsibility over errors is very important in being able to trust a company/service. And this company knocked it out of the park with my recent experience. I would highly recommend them just like most of Reddit did. Just make sure you are NOT using any sort of .com address and it is spelled Napsgear, not Napgear or any alternate. It's unfortunate they seem to be taking responsibility for scam sites, but this Trustpilot doesn't technically belong to them anyways (since it's the first thing to pop up when you look at their reviews, I still felt I should leave a review here)

Never ordered from a clearnetwebsite in my 20 years of buying. Lost contact with my very dependable supplier and didn’t know what to do when I remembered napsgear.org and could order with confidence because I’ve always heard great things just never had a need to order. I’m on my 2nd order from them and I can taste the strength on the tip of my tongue when I use this product, like that first cycle! I’ll continue with manager until I make contact with my original guy but only because his prices are lower

Napsgear is a legitimate website with quality products at reasonable prices. I’ve be shopping with them for a decade and a half. I’ve rarely been let down. The products I get often over perform!

“Naps Gear has always been a reliable source of supplements and, in my experience, they ALWAYS "make it right". I placed a pretty expensive order (for me) for $800 worth of product with them in early July. They ask that you give them 4 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on the product and where it is shipping from, especially now with tariffs and such. When my order hadn't arrived within 6 weeks, I reached out to them via customer service ticket just to check as I had never had to wait that long for an order to arrive. I received a quick and professional response. After some back and forth with customer service over the course of a couple of weeks, it was determined that my order had become misrouted during shipping. Naps, reshipped my order and I had it withing a very short period of time after that. I've been a customer of Naps Gear since 2020 and I have always been able to rely on them getting me my ordered product in a timely manner and / or making it right on this one occasion when my order was misrouted. I'm very happy to continue to do business with them and can recommend them without hesitation based on my experience. I've been using the product that I ordered for just over 2 weeks now and I am having some amazing results.”

I’ve order products through there site on multiple occasions and have always gotten my products in a fast, secure and confidential manner. I’ve had lots of questions before I was willing to order and their customer service was very professional. Answered every question, anytime I needed to ask something in less than 24 hours. To me you can’t ask for more from a company your looking to purchase from.
