I did not receive my order from November of last year. I contacted customer support and they will only refund via Bitcoin, which I refuse to accept, as I did not PAY in Bitcoin. They will not budge. Meaning I am out 135 dollars. Steer clear of this site. UPDATE: After way too long arguing with the most annoying customer service agent of all time, she still refused any refund other than Bitcoin. I told her I was opening a case with my bank. I disputed the charge. She remained passive and told me it will not be refunded. I did it anyways, and I was refunded via my bank. If anyone faces the same issues as me, I suggest going through the bank as well. Skip the experience I had with customer service. Not worth the time or energy.

They are just ripping you off. Payment was sent, order was cancelled with no explanation or refund. All account history has disappeared, and they do not respond to emails. Can't even log on as the message says no account found. Used them for years without issue. Do not order anything.

Placed my order and once they received the money I never received confirmation. I can’t even login to the app. Totally a scam!

Took my money and never received my my order, now I can't even access the website after asking and complaint about no answers. Lost 240 glad I didn't make a large order. What a joke

These guys took me for $220 on my test. Order and stopped answering my questions. They seemed legit only because how professional they sounded until it came to deliver my order then came all the excuses. I have so much to say about this website and not a single your order is on its way. They sent me a tracking # to a site that I cannot even send a message or open to see where my order is located the same guy keeps saying it will be delivered but nothing yet this all happened in 11/6/25 they ripped me off like the scammers they are and frauds very disappointed in this site. Do not us them whatsoever.

I placed an order for two products, and after completing the payment, they told me they couldn't ship my product because the shipping company doesn't accept orders with very small weights. They also said they wouldn't ship it unless I bought three or four more products. But this smells like a scam; they took my money, won't send any products, and won't give a refund.

I made a purchase from them and after I sent them the money via chime they told me the order was too small. So they told me I had to spend more money to be able to send me anything! , Why didn't they tell me that BEFORE I went and send them all this money???Well, that really didn't sound right too me, like it was just a scam to get me to send them even MORE money they could steal so I told them I couldn't spend any more money on this initial purchase because we really hadn't established a trusting relationship yet. They told me they couldn't send it back. Then they told me not to "f" with them or they PROMISED they would have ME put in jail! Really?? ME?? UNREAL!! I would never trust this place and these WONDERFUL reviews about them are probably all fake. Total rip off. Now, I'm out a couple hundred bucks. I've already contacted several agencies and reported them and what they are doing to people so hopefully it will put a stop to the little scam they have going. Don't waste your money brothers you'll regret it.
