The product I received was not at all like what was advertised. I contacted support and they did nothing about. It simply told me what my tracking number was. If I could give less than a one star review, I would.

I was very disappointed after purchasing from nanyshop.com. I ordered the product after seeing the picture but the product I received was not of the same quality at all. The delivery took a long time and contacting customer support was also a hassle.

This is one of those ads that are false advertising or AI. The picture of the ornament makes it look like it is 3D. It is not. It is basically a flat picture. Not at all what I was expecting and for the price absolutely not worth it.
