I saw their ads on my social media feed and decided to place an order for ornaments. A few days later, I received a notification stating that my order had shipped. I even paid for express shipping to receive it within seven business days. Ten days passed with nothing delivered. I reached out to the company—because they never contacted me—only to be told there was an issue with one of my ornaments but that they were “working on it.” Another week went by with no new shipping label or updates of any kind. I asked to cancel my order, and they still charged me a $5 USD cancellation fee. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered cute round pickleball ornaments (12) for 204 dollars. With furry little Santa hats made out of picklballs. I received flat cheap tin ornaments that are nothing like what is represented in the shop.

Scam level deceptive advertising. The video showed a 3D mixer ornament. What I got was a flat photo of a mixer sandwiched between plexiglass.

Junk. Very misleading advertisement showing a Xmas ornament in 3D with vivid colors. I received a laminated piece of plastic with dull colors. $30.00. Can't return personalized items, of course.

This item is a SCAM. The company is a scam. False & misleading advertising. They show the Christmas ornament as a 3D object but instead it is only a flat piece of cheap plastic that should be sold at a dollar store. Do NOT BUY THIS, you will be very disappointed.

I didn’t get what I ordered for $30 plus dollars. It was a red mixer with MLISSA name on it . Not a 3x5 ornament

The product was shown as a 3D mixer ornament. What I received was a picture of a 3D mixer in between two pieces acrylic pressed together. I have asked for a refund but only received a reply requesting me to leave a rating. If I could give a zero I would. I am still waiting on a refund. If I could attach pictures I would also do that so potential buyers would know what they will be getting.
