Buyers be aware! Items are not what you get from website! Ordered 2 personalized taekwondo ornaments for my kid and her master. On website shows 3d figures but when you get them they are 2d and flat! Also ordered what I thought was a framed "mommy" that you can put pictures in but it came in a rolled up canvas sheet that looks like a map. Customer service no help

Do NOT use this company! False advertisement! What I thought was a 3-D ornament larger than someone’s hand ended up being less than 2 inches with a chain hanger you would see on a rabbits foot! What a sham! I was so excited until I saw it, then instantly mad! Any time I see them on social media I will be warning people!!!!!

The Christmas ornament presented in the ad was 3d and super cute. What I got was a flat piece of plastic. totally cheap looking . They misspelled the name ! I had ordered 2 ornaments. Only one arrived. Never again!

I ordered a Custom Photo Personalized ornament and it cost me a $30. For that price I received a cheap piece of plastic with a blurred image inside- a piece of garbage.

I am not sure if I am getting what is in the pictures as I did not understand the the pendent pc section meant? It shows all the charms but didn’t understand if the pendant part meant you only get the heart if you select 1pc or if that was what the picture showed?
