What I received was a plastic ornament. I had ordered a free- standing mixer. Disappointed to say the least.

I paid extra for express shipping (3–7 business days) to receive this item before Christmas. It was promised by December 22nd, but on December 24th it was still in China. No gift for Christmas, and they refused to refund the extra shipping cost. They take your money, promise fast delivery, and don’t deliver. Do not trust this company.

The ornament I ordered for a gift was nothing like the ornament I received. Very deceptive. I would never order from this company again. The ornament was not even close. The one I ordered was multi dimensional and round, what I got was 2 dimensional and flat. Unfortunately there was no time to do anything about it as I needed an ornament gift the next day and this took a long time to get.

I placed my order a month ago, and it still has not arrived. It was obviously a Christmas gift, and now (2 days before Christmas) I get a notification that it won’t be delivered until 2 days after Christmas. The kicker is , it’s only an hour away from me , in Queens . Very disappointed in the lack of prompt shipping, especially this time of the year.

If there were a negative star rating you would get it. You want me to sign in with my email and order number to see the status of my order and I punched in every frickin number you gave me but none of them work. I should’ve known better. Total bullshit! Complete ripoff.

I bought as a Christmas gift & I understood this item was shipped in the USA. I ordered on December 13th & it’s December 20th & it’s sitting in China. Not happy

We ordered two monogrammed pickle ball ornaments. The image shows a round pickle ball and the ornament was flat and not as advertised. Worth half the price we paid if even that. Be honest show exactly how it looks. Shame on you!!!
