Hi still i not received my order is been 1 months

Paid an extra $17 for express shipping. They shipped it 10 days ago and its still in China! Paid for 3 to 7 day shipping. Probably will never receive my order. I would advise to NOT purchase for this website

This was a very frustrating experience and I will not be ordering from them again. I paid for the 3-7 day shipping just for it to arrive 2 weeks later. I also was frustrated to see it did not have a frame or any kind of backing that would allow me to hang the picture.

I was very disappointed with my personalized item. It took almost a month to receive it just to be unhappy with the item. It was hard to read and the photo was very tiny. I contacted customer service and I was told they will only give me a 30% refund. Their website was very deceiving. Everything looked like it was really nice. Do NOT waste your money.

I ordered a violin display for my grandson and can’t explain how disappointed i am. The violin is a flat piece of acrylic, very cheap looking on a small base,it’s suppose to be 3D, it’s nothing like in the picture, plus it came in a cardboard box unlike in the picture, I’m still waiting for my full refund

Would not have gave one star because I have not received my item yet. I paid extra 16.99 to get I. 3-7 days. That was before Christmas. Item should have been delivered before Christmas. Contacted three times. Only response was it will be there in a week. Went tracked still no update since 26th of December. It is still waiting labels. If it does come in a week it will be three weeks waiting. I don’t think it’s coming! DO NOT BUY HERE! I think I have been taken!

Worried whether this is a scam as I have ordered items before and never received them don’t like ordering online
