The colour of the mixer is to be red and it’s showing blue

Recived my order today, 16 days after purchase. Disappointed in what I actually received. Order is correct but the pictures that I viewed that inticed me to order appeared to be three-d and the product is a piece of flat plastic with a picture on both sides.

I ordered from nanyshop today-personalized lineman ornament. Definitely easy to order and customize. Payment immediately went to my credit card; however, I can get no confirmation that this is legitimate. No order confirmation at all. I have locked my card until I get notice from the company.

Had a hard time ordering item I wanted. Settled for a different item, but never could figure out why I could not purchase the real item I wanted.

Ordering was ok but, the page kept resetting and I needed to go back several times. I just hope it doesn't take that long to receive it.

While they have many things to look at, I could not find what I was looking for (an ornament) that I had seen on FB. The categories were also confusing and I had to go through a few of them to find one of the two ornaments I was looking to purchase. I never did find the second one on the site; had to open a separate FB page to see if it was there and, lo and behold, there it was. I made both purchases from the FB ad link. I shouldn't have had to do that. I got lucky was the way I saw it. Great stuff but very confusing webpage.

How I had to tell you 3 times where to ship the product. It hasn't shipped yet so now I'm waiting to see if you get it right. If not, then it better be at my house in less than 2 weeks, or the whole order is messed up. Plus it would be great if you could provide a phone number so we could talk to someone directly. I don't even know if this will be read.
