Order an animated key-fob mixer with bowl. Received a flat plastic ornament. False advertising, plain and simple. Multiple contacts with Customer Service unsuccessful is getting a simple refund.

I ordered a personalized canvas for an anniversary gift, and it arrived damaged with a permanent crease due to poor packaging. I reported the damage on March 26th—well within the 30-day protection window. ​Instead of fixing the issue, Customer Support spent the next two weeks dragging out a "negotiation" with escalating partial refund offers (10%, 30%, 50%). They intentionally stalled the process until Day 33, at which point they finally told me to file a PayPal claim, knowing full well that the 30-day automated protection window had just expired. ​This is a dishonest company that uses "bad faith" communication to run out the clock on your buyer protections. If your item arrives damaged, don't waste time talking to them—file a dispute immediately.

Your website showed my delivery address as somewhere in the USA. Not where I live. There is more than one Jersey in the world. I pray my goods arrive and this website is not a scam.

Nothing like the photos

The website says" it's based out of new york" but products comes from China. I paid for "VIP" shipping but they don't really offer fast shipping. Don't order from them

Well for starters I ordered a keychain that I thought was three dimensional and when I got it it was as flat as a pancake. I emailed them with my concern and disappointment and they offered me a big 10% refund. I told them no so they came back with 20% and I said no I want a full refund they finally haggled their way up to 50% and I still said no. They are the biggest rip off and deceiving company I've ever dealt with. The picture that they have posted shows a three dimensional keychain mixer and what I got is flat and maybe a quarter inch wide.

The fonts were not consistent with the website, the dates were wrong, the shipping never updated in their website or the SHOP app! Horrible
