The thought is beautiful but the words are very small as well as the picture; the picture is too dark. A little disappointed because it’s not clear or bright as the advertising one on your website.

I found it extremely frustrating and difficult to edit my photos. The cursor doesn't respond to the photo you want to edit. I had to remove the photo and upload again. I wasn't completely happy with the editing, but was so frustrated after spending over an hour, I gave up.

These ornaments look 3-D in the ads, but when you receive them, they are just 2-D acryllic. The colours are great and they are still beautiful, but they are not as expected.

Product was as advertised, with the exception that two ornaments were broken already when I opened the box they were in.

I love the idea of this. The issue I ran into was that there was no place to send a gift message so I had to figure out a way to put my name in the address portion so my niece can know who it’s from.

I still have not gotten my order, and the links saying to contact customer support in my email dont work.

The reason I gave the review a 3 out of 5 stars is because I never got a confirmation sent to me via email with a confirmation number and a breakdown of the cost.

Ordering the item was easy. When I recieved it I was very please. I wore it 2 and the picture part of the bracelet broke off. I was so upset. My dad hasn't been gone vwey long so I was really looking forward to wearing this bracelet. Very disappointed that the product broke in less then 3 days.
