On the site the Item looks like a sculpture not a plaque. It still good but it needs a stand cause it's wabally and it falls easy.

I ordered express shipping in 16.99 I ordered at May 4th and right now it's May 13th and I just got an email and won't be here until Friday That's longer than 3-7 business days especially if you're using fedex I this product for a A funeral today now I'm not gonna have it.

I ordered what they called a "Personalized Heart In Heart grandma Sweatshirt". Shipping was relatively fast to Canada but when the item arrived I was so shocked and disappointed in the shirt. This is not a sweatshirt. It's a thin plastic, shiny type of a material - nothing close to a sweatshirt. If they'd spent the extra dollar on the correct shirt, they'd have a nice product here. Instead we get garbage that's pretty much unreadable, the material is that horrible.
