The item I purchased was not at all as advertised. The company should be ashamed. I spent more money to buy this keychain than I ever have because I believed the advertising. Then I paid more money to have it shipped to Costa Rica only to discover that I am a victim of your scam advertising. TERRIBLE!

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent order, which I placed on May 8. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure the item would arrive within the stated 3–7 business day window. However, I did not receive the package until May 19. This order was a graduation surprise for my daughter, featuring a sash with a picture of her late father. Because of the significant delay, the gift did not arrive in time for the event. While I received a $10 partial refund of the shipping fee, this does not make up for the missed opportunity to share this meaningful moment with my daughter. Given that the guaranteed delivery window was not met and the sentimental value of the occasion was lost, I am requesting a full refund for this order.

Product received was nothing like advertised… Advertisement video shows a 3D product that actually spins and operates like a mini kitchen/Cake mixer… What I received was a disappointing flat 2D plastic key ring in the shape of a mixer. What a waste of money!!!
