Do not show 3 dimensional ornaments when you are selling 2 dimensional plastic ornaments. Yes, in the description it tells you they are .11 in thickness . Not what you see hanging on the tree or being handled by a person. Very much a con job. Shame shame

I ordered two items. One custom item arrived on time and quality was as expected. Second item was very low quality and the item looked nothing like picture. Second item isn't worth the headache to deal with so not wasting my time returning it. Lessened learned if the website does not have reviews for items then there is a reason why they do not allow them on their website. I would buy from a website that allow reviews.

I was duped into thinking this was a 3D ornament when- it arrived yesterday I was very disappointed to open it and have it be a flat “picture” ornament instead of the actual item. Pathetic

I bought a customized ornament, got confirmation that payment was good and was awaiting shipping info. Then received an email that I had "items in my cart that needed attention"? I don't want to order it twice? Help!

Every picture of this ornament appeared to be a 3 D product. When it arrived, it was just a flat piece of plastic. The advertisement was clearly misleading. I won't order from them again and suggest you save your money.

I ordered a canvas print and at first look was quite satisfied until I realized that it is impossible to frame as they leave no edge for you to be able to do this. I emailed their support and asked if I could get a digital copy and they simply responded with my order shown and commented 'please check your order information" So a total waste of money and time as it is not suitable to give as a gift, as is.
