I already placed my order and it was deducted from my debit card account

Just received my order, the items are nothing like advertised. Pictures on the website are very cute, what I received are cheap looking, very disappointed. Got them for my son’s birthday, I will not be giving them to him. So very disappointed.

It said delivery within 7 days and mine took well over two weeks and the funeral was already over. Picture and writing looked great in the mockup but was terrible quality on arrival . The actual key ring itself was nice though.

The item looks bigger on promo pictures and videos. The actual thing is small.

Paid for expedited shipping and my package didn’t come in time for my daughters graduation.

The bracelet was for an adult and this one would hardly fit a child.
